2. Yellow FOE Elastic Soft Headband - please see size chart attached for your reference.
This Bow is in Color Electric Blue, Light Blue, Red, Yellow in 2 layered loops and uniquely design with a centerpiece in hand-cut glittered fabric flower with 3 little pearls.
